Spinning - A 45-minute music-driven cardiovascular workout on a StarTrac stationary bike - Gain strength and endurance in both mind and body while pursuing your fitness goals.
Butts & Guts – Tighten, strengthen and Tone your legs, butt and abs in 30 butt-kicking & gut busting minutes!
Total Body – This class combines flexibility & Strength Training for a total body workout.
Yoga – Vinyasa Flow – This practice links traditional yoga postures in flowing motion and can be vigorous but also compassionate.
